The A-League Men, A-League Women, Matildas and Socceroos are all covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Clubs and Football Australia and the PFA (on behalf of the Players). The CBA’s provide the framework within which the players, clubs (via the Australian Professional Leagues) and Football Australia operate and sets out the minimum terms and conditions of players’ employment.

National Teams 2023-2027
The current National Teams Collective Bargaining Agreement between the PFA and the Australian National Teams (the Socceroos and Matildas) was signed in 2023. Read more about the agreement here.
Australian Professional Leagues 2021-2026
The PFA and the Australian Professional Leagues (APL) signed five year collective bargaining agreements for the A-League Men and A-League Women in September 2021.
