PFA Members Abroad Update

Mat Ryan stars for Valencia, Massimo Luongo plays the full 90 and provides an assist in the Championship, whilst Brad Jones keeps a clean sheet for new club NEC Nijmegen in this week’s PFA Members Abroad Update.

 

ENGLAND

Premier League

Jordan Lyden was an unused substitute as Aston Villa drew 1-1 with Leicester City. Mark Schwarzer was an unused substitute for Leicester. Mile Jedinak was an unused substitute in Crystal Palace’s 4-0 loss to Manchester City. Adam Federici was an unused substitute for AFC Bournemouth in their 3-0 win over Norwich City. Curtis Good was missing due to a hip injury as Newcastle United beat West Ham United 2-1. Brad Smith was an unused substitute for Liverpool in their 1-0 loss to Manchester United.

Championship

Bailey Wright played a full, whilst Neil Kilkenny was an unused substitute as Preston North End drew 1-1 with Ipswich Town. Tommy Oar was an unused substitute for Ipswich. Shane Lowry was an unused substitute for Birmingham City as they beat Derby County 3-0.

Massimo Luongo played a full match and set up a goal in Queens Park Rangers’ 3-0 win over Rotherham United. Jason Davidson was an unused substitute as Huddersfield Town drew 1-1 with Fulham FC. Rhys Williams played until the 59^th minute in Charlton Athletic’s 6-0 loss to Hull City.

League One

Shane Cansdell-Sherriff played a full match as Burton Albion beat Coventry City 2-0. Andy Rose was not in the squad for Coventry. James Meredith played a full match and set up a goal as Bradford City beat Oldham Athletic 1-0. James Wesolowski was missing due to injury for Shrewsbury Town’s 3-0 loss to Barnsley FC. Chris Herd played until half-time, while Liam Graham was not in the squad as Chesterfield FC lost 3-1 to Wigan Athletic. Bradden Inman played a full match and scored for Crewe Alexandra in their 4-3 loss to Swindon Town.

Alex Cisak played a full match as Leyton Orient lost 3-1 Exeter City.

Rhain Davis was an unused substitute for Altrincham FC in their 2-1 win over Leamington FC.

Michael McEntegart was an unused substitute in Welling United’s 2-1 loss to Havant & Waterloville. Aaron Downes was not in the squad for Cheltenham Town’s 2-1 draw with Oxford City. Daniel Collins was not in the squad as Wrexham FC’s 1-0 loss to Torquay United.

Lee Burns was missing due to injury as Dartford FC beat Bath City 4-1.

Calvin Lovric was not in the squad as FC Jove Espanol drew 1-1 with CD Castellón.

Rafa Jimenez played until the 70^th minute as CD Lugo Fuenlabrada drew 0-0 with Alcobendas Sport.
