Brad Jones played a full match as Liverpool lost 3-0 to Manchester United. Curtis Good was missing due to injury in Newcastle United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal. Jason Davidson was not in the squad for West Bromich Albion’s 1-0 win over Aston Villa. Mile Jedinak played a full match as Crystal Palace drew 1-1 with Stoke City. Mark Schwarzer was an unused substitute as Chelsea beat Hull City 2-0.

U21 Premier League Division 1

Thomas Beadling played until the 58th minute in Sunderland AFC’s 3-0 loss to Chelsea. Adam Taggart played until half-time, while Cameron Burgess played a full match as Fulham FC U21s lost 2-0 to Tottenham.

Championship

Rhys Williams was not in the squad due to injury as Middlesbrough lost 2-0 to Derby County. Adam Federici played a full match, while Ryan Edwards was not in the squad for Reading FC’s 6-1 loss to Birmingham City.
