The PFA raised $3,000 for the organisation’s Community Impact Fund following a successful World Cup Trivia Night at The Terminus in Fitzroy North on Tuesday night.

Players, football stakeholders and fans convened in Melbourne’s north for a night filled with fun and entertainment during the group stages of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where money was raised for the Fund through a series of different initiatives.

This included silent auctions for signed Socceroos and Matildas jerseys, food and ticket sales and individual donations.

Every cent raised from the event will be reinvested back into initiatives selected by the players, who helped establish the Fund in 2019.

In recent times, the Community Impact Fund has made donations to causes in the football community, including a $15,000 donation to Transplant Australia Football Club to help fund their upcoming World Cup campaign and the Home is Football exhibition currently showcased at the Immigration Museum.

The Trivia Night was won by the ‘Perfect Pundits’, who had – quite literally – a perfect night, winning both the main trivia and the bonus round.

The team scored an incredible 65 points, which was 12 more points than any other team competing in the event.

Perfect Pundits star Damir Kulas would then go on to win the bonus round to complete the sweep for his team.
