Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Professional Footballers Australia Inc to be held at 4.00pm (ADST) on Wednesday 20 November 2019 by video & teleconference.
Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Professional Footballers Australia Inc (PFA) will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2019 at 4.00pm (ADST). The meeting will be held by video and teleconference (details to be provided to members prior to the meeting).
In accordance with Rule 24.6 (a) of the PFA Rules, the Returning Officer now calls for nominations for election to the offices of three (3) ordinary members of the PFA Executive, all of which are for a term of three (3) years.
The Form of Nomination for Election is available below and must be received by 5:00pm Monday 11 November 2019 by the Returning Officer, Jim Kourtis, Professional Footballers Australia, 2/55 Walsh Street, West Melbourne Vic 3003 or info@pfa.net.au. For further information regarding the nomination process, please refer to the PFA Rules available below.
If you wish to vote at the meeting but are unable to attend, you may appoint a Full Member in writing as your proxy. You can do this by completing a Form of Appointment of Proxy and returning it to your PFA Club Delegate before the commencement of the meeting.
