Notice is hereby given that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Professional Footballers
Australia Inc (PFA) will be held on Monday 28 November 2016 at 4.00pm (AEDST). The
meeting will be held by Webcast.
You can obtain the following from your PFA Club Delegate or by the links below:
>> Agenda for the AGM; and
>> Form of Appointment of Proxy.
If you wish to vote at the meeting, but are unable to attend, you may appoint a Full Member in
writing as your proxy. You can do this by completing a Form of Appointment of Proxy and
returning it to your PFA Club Delegate, before the commencement of the meeting.
