Online Event: Broxham duo to deliver free Zoom workout

Melbourne Victory’s Leigh Broxham and his wife Sam are offering PFA Members a free online workout this Wednesday via video conference platform Zoom.

While Leigh is known for his performances in the A-League with Victory, the midfielder and his wife Sam run Broxham Fitness, a social bootcamp training program around Melbourne.

The pair are extremely passionate personal trainers who aim to create a positive association with exercise to help people build healthy habits. They have had to adapt their business in the current climate, running group sessions via online Zoom classes, and have extended their service to professional player who are currently unable to fulfil their regular training regimes.
