Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Professional Footballers Australia Inc to be Held at 1.00pm (AEDST) on Monday 30 November 2015 at PFA Offices, Level 1, 757 Bourke Street, Docklands and by Telephone/Video Conference.
Notice is hereby given that the 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Professional Footballers Australia Inc (PFA) will be held on Monday 30 November 2015 at 1.00pm (AEST). The meeting will be held at PFA Offices, Level 1, 757 Bourke Street Docklands and by telephone and video conference.
You can obtain from your PFA Delegate or by down loading from below:
>> Agenda for the AGM; and
>> Form of Appointment of Proxy.
If you wish to vote at the meeting, but are unable to attend, you may appoint a Full Member in writing as your proxy. You can do this by completing the attached form below and returning it to myself or PFA Player Relations Manager, Simon Colosimo, before the commencement of the meeting. This can also be done through your PFA Club Delegate.
The comprehensive materials for the meeting including the PFA’s 2014/2015 audited financial accounts will also be available at www.pfa.net.au.
The PFA will be in contact with all PFA Executive members and PFA Delegates to arrange for their attendance at the AGM in Melbourne.
