The PFA Executive last week met and approved the PFA Education Grant applications for the October 2007 round. PFA members have received financial support in post football career fields of study, ranging from Financial Services, Building Design & Technology to Personal Training and Business.

PFA Executive Chairman Brendan Schwab stated, “ThePFA Education Fund plays a vital role in helping Australian professional footballers develop as individuals and prepare for life after football.”
Due to surplus funds in the Education Grant for this round, thePFA Executive has decided to extend the October round to 31 December 2007. Therefore, professional footballers interested in embarking on a course to enhance their post-playing career employment prospects should apply today.
Players can apply by completing a PFA Education Grant form and submit it to the PFA either by email, post or facsimile.
