PFA Statement

The PFA wish to announce that negotiations between the PFA and FFA will continue on the terms of the new A-League Collective Bargaining Agreement beyond the expiry date of the current CBA. As a result the players and the FFA have agreed to an extension of the current CBA while these discussions continue.

The PFA has been represented at these meetings by leading A-League players including PFA President Simon Colosimo, PFA Executives Adrian Leijer, Bruce Djite, Ante Covic, John McKain, PFA Delegates Matt Smith, Pascal Bosschaart and players from 6 different clubs along with PFA Chairman John Poulakakis, PFA Special Counsel Brendan Schwab and PFA General Manager Adam Vivian over 10 meetings.
