Professional Footballers Australia (PFA) has announced that the 2012 PFA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 26th of November 2012.

The PFA AGM will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, the PFA offices in Melbourne as well as by telephone/video conference.

The AGM will consider the key developments of the collectively bargained A-League agreement for which negotiations are due to re-open this month.

In addition to its collective negotiations, the meeting will consider the work of the players’ body in its key areas:

• player advocacy;
• player health and safety;
• the PFA’s player education, development and wellbeing programs;
• PFA work in the community;
• the financial development and performance of the PFA.

All Full Members of the PFA are entitled to attend the AGM or appoint a fellow Full Member as their proxy to vote on their behalf.

The PFA will be in contact with all PFA Executive members and PFA Delegates to arrange for their attendance at the AGM in Sydney and Melbourne.
