PFA Chief Executive John Didulica is urging media outlets to desist from showing naked images of Perth Glory’s Stuart Young taken by Fox Sports at half-time of last weekend’s match against Sydney FC.
“Stuart and his family have been devastated by the broadcast of the images. The ongoing publicity the incident has generated is only making an already difficult time harder,” said Didulica.
“The Young family would appreciate their feelings be respected.”
“The PFA has formally contacted the A-League to voice its concerns over both the use of dressing room cameras and the harm the broadcast of the image has caused Stuart.”
