PFA members who are pursuing their coaching credentials will be able to convene at Western Sydney Wanderers’ academy facility in June for week-long C and B-Licence Coaching Courses.

A core part of the PFA Development Program is assisting players – current and former – in accessing intensive coaching courses in partnership with Football Australia to gain their coaching qualifications and build knowledge of the sport.

The Courses, to be held between Monday 6 June through to Saturday 11 June, will be the first centralised courses for PFA held since courses were held in Melbourne last July. 

C-Licence:

Course: C-Licence Coaching Course

Dates: Monday 6 June to Saturday 11 June 2022 (A-Leagues Off-Season)

Times: 9:00am – 5:00pm each day (including a break for lunch)

Course Length: 6 full days

Location: Sydney: Western Sydney Wanderers FC Training Facility, Blacktown NSW

Cost: $500 to be paid up front via the registration link below to secure your spot (please note this is a significant saving from attending a state member federation course)

Travel and accommodation: Cost to be covered by the player (we will provide some cost effective options to all registered players in a few weeks)

B-License:

Course: B-Licence Coaching Course

Dates: Monday 6 June to Saturday 11 June 2022 (A-Leagues Off-Season)

Course Length: 6 full days per course (NB: the B-License is no longer being offered over 9 consecutive days due to a change in the FA coaching curriculum)

Location: Sydney: Western Sydney Wanderers FC Training Facility, Blacktown NSW

Cost: $750 for Part 1 to be paid up front via the registration link below to secure your spot (this is a significant saving from attending a state member federation course)

Eligibility for B-License:

Please note that if you are enrolling the the B-License Part 1, then you must have previously completed your C-License to be eligible to enrol. This B-License course will be Part 1 of a 2-part B-License. Part 2 will take place in June/July 2023 as per Football Australia’s requirements.
